The Human Resource Management (with placement) BSc (Hons) course aims to shape future managers who will manage human resources effectively. In line with the concept of the course, employees in companies need support in terms of training and motivation, and the right approach from managers. Important elements of the training are the development of creativity and entrepreneurship among students.
